Kefir Farm

A pop-up farm looking at how we relate to bacteria and our food.

As grains divide and multiply, shelves are populated with more metabolising bacteria and fermenting milk. Excess jars of Kefir bacteria are given away with care instructions to visitors from the area in return for a story, image or recipe of their culture.
